Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Verification
All COD orders may be verified using a third-party service (e.g., automated calls, OTP, SMS) to reduce fraud and false orders by selecting COD, you consent to receiving verification communications via call/SMS.
Do-Not-Disturb (DND) Consent

Cancellation & Order Fulfillment
Orders may be cancelled up until dispatch. Dispatch notifications signify contract acceptance.
Post-dispatch cancellations aren't permitted. Refunds for cancelled orders take 5-7 business days to process.
