Return Window & Conditions:
You may retum products within "30 days of delivery" if they are:
- Damaged, tampered, broken (product or package)
- Expired at delivery
- Incomplete order/missing items
- To qualify for a retum, the product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with labels intact.
Return Exclusions:
Returns are "not accepted" for:
- Opened, used, or altered items
- Missing original packaging (cartons, labels)
- Requests made "after 4 days" for damage/missing product
- Returns for taste, flavor preference, or minor side-effects (e.g., tummy upset); consult a doctor before purchasing.
Return Process:
- Notify us within 30 days of delivery-"email photos" of the issue to "contact@tropikomills.com"
- Our team will review and respond within "24 working hours"
- If confirmed, you may be asked to "discard" the damaged product, and we'll process a "replacement" (subject to stock availability)
- For unsupported locations, you may self-ship using a reliable courier; we'll reimburse charges
- Upon receiving and verifying your return, we'll initiate replacement or refund
Refund Policy:
Refunds "won't be issued" if
- The returned item is tampered with or used
- You entered an incorrect shipping address
- You consumed part of the product
- You don't meet the return guidelines
Refunds "may be issued" if:
- The product is out-of-stock or unserviceable in your location.
- You adhere to the returns policy and returned product is confirmed unused
- You paid twice for the same order
Order Cancellations:
- Cancel anytime before dispatch by emailing "contact@tropikomills.com"
- Dispatched orders cannot be canceled
- Refunds for canceled orders process in 5-7 working days
Shipping & Replacement Charges:
- "No processing fees for returns or replacements
- Return shipping will be reimbursed if required
- Choosing a higher-priced replacement? Simply "pay the difference"
Refund Methods & Timing:
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of verification
- Cash-on-delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer to the account you provide. within 3-5 working days
- For auto-refunds (e.g., failed payments), we comply with RBI timelines (within 7-10 working days).
Replacement Delivery Time:
Approved replacements are dispatched within "3-5 working days"
