Tropiko Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window & Conditions:

You may retum products within "30 days of delivery" if they are:

  1. Damaged, tampered, broken (product or package)
  2. Expired at delivery
  3. Incomplete order/missing items
  4. To qualify for a retum, the product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with labels intact.

Return Exclusions:
Returns are "not accepted" for:

  1. Opened, used, or altered items
  2. Missing original packaging (cartons, labels)
  3. Requests made "after 4 days" for damage/missing product
  4. Returns for taste, flavor preference, or minor side-effects (e.g., tummy upset); consult a doctor before purchasing.

Return Process:

  1. Notify us within 30 days of delivery-"email photos" of the issue to "contact@tropikomills.com"
  2. Our team will review and respond within "24 working hours"
  3. If confirmed, you may be asked to "discard" the damaged product, and we'll process a "replacement" (subject to stock availability)
  4. For unsupported locations, you may self-ship using a reliable courier; we'll reimburse charges
  5. Upon receiving and verifying your return, we'll initiate replacement or refund


Refund Policy:
Refunds "won't be issued" if

  1. The returned item is tampered with or used
  2. You entered an incorrect shipping address
  3. You consumed part of the product
  4. You don't meet the return guidelines

Refunds "may be issued" if:

  1. The product is out-of-stock or unserviceable in your location.
  2. You adhere to the returns policy and returned product is confirmed unused
  3. You paid twice for the same order

Order Cancellations:

  1. Cancel anytime before dispatch by emailing "contact@tropikomills.com"
  2. Dispatched orders cannot be canceled
  3. Refunds for canceled orders process in 5-7 working days

Shipping & Replacement Charges:

  1. "No processing fees for returns or replacements
  2. Return shipping will be reimbursed if required
  3. Choosing a higher-priced replacement? Simply "pay the difference"

Refund Methods & Timing:

  1. Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of verification
  2. Cash-on-delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer to the account you provide. within 3-5 working days
  3. For auto-refunds (e.g., failed payments), we comply with RBI timelines (within 7-10 working days).

Replacement Delivery Time:
Approved replacements are dispatched within "3-5 working days"
